The role
You will work across research, interaction design and prototyping to shape delightful, usable experiences for our web and mobile products. Reporting to the Head of Product Design, you’ll partner with product managers, engineers and researchers to turn user needs into clear, testable design solutions and support their delivery from concept through to launch.
What you’ll do
Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover needs, validate ideas and iterate designs
Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity screens and interactive prototypes
Translate research insights into design decisions and clearly document interaction patterns
Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented to spec and accessible
Help define and evolve design systems, component libraries and UX patterns
Advocate for users in product discussions and present work to stakeholders
What we’re looking for
Can you show us a portfolio with 3–5 case studies that explain your process and outcomes?
Do you have experience designing for web and/or native mobile products, including prototyping?
Are you comfortable running user tests and turning findings into actionable design changes?
Have you collaborated closely with engineers to ship polished interfaces?
Are you familiar with accessibility best practice and responsive design principles?
Nice to have
Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
Background in user research, content design or front-end development
Familiarity with analytics tools to measure design impact
How we work
We prefer async-first communication, with regular touchpoints for design critiques and sprint planning. You’ll be supported with a mentor, a clear onboarding plan and regular learning budget. We run fortnightly demo days where the whole company sees what teams are building.
